Information about shipping

Orders are shipped every day. Delivery cut-off is 12 pm EEST. If you create your order after that, it's shipped next business day.

Availability of each product can be seen from product card.

No additional payment fees. Select the best suitable shipping method for you in your shopping cart.

Do you represent a company?

We sell with an invoice for companies. You can select an invoice as a payment method in your shopping cart. You can choose to receive the invoice online, email or paper.

Terms

We check all orders paid with an invoice in advance, and we can refuse to process the order if the buyer's information is unclear or if there is some payment failures in the past. 

Terms of payment is 14 days net. Invoicing is done by Trust Kapital for us.

Invoices made by companies will be added 10,00 euros small billing fee. There will be no additional billing fee if the order is paid in advance via online bank, for example.

What's the delivery time for products?

All shipping times can be found at each product's information card. Products available in our stock will usually be sent by the next business day. If some of the products are not in stock, order will be held to wait untill all products are available. 

Can I place an order on phone or by email?

Orders are easiest to place via our online store, so at the moment it is the only way to place orders for a consumer.
